Saudi Arabia is set to host its flagship technology event, LEAP 2025, in Riyadh from February 9 to 12, bringing together professionals in the IT industry, high technologies, startup projects, investors and the digital community, El.kz cites MFA.
Representatives from 130 countries of the world actively participated in the event, more than 20 thousand people visit the LEAP forum annually and their number is growing rapidly.
This year, Kazakhstan was represented at the forum by such companies as Bini.co, Bometric vsion, Faceplate, Interactive range, Opensky, Baibars Energy Fund, which were able to successfully demonstrate their innovative projects to the general public at the Kazakhstan’s pavilion.
On the sidelines of the forum a number of bilateral documents on cooperation were signed, including between the Kazakh company Interactive range and Saudi companies Solidrange and Classera.
Within the framework of realization of the tasks of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to bring the export of IT-services up to 1 billion dollars by 2026, this platform is a unique opportunity for domestic companies to open joint ventures with major foreign IT-developers.
During the LEAP-2025 also was presented the Born Bold initiative, aimed at positioning Kazakhstan as a must-visit tourist destination. This initiative emphasizes the nomadic and multifaceted nature of the country, showcasing the dynamic cities, hospitable population and unique experiences that await tourists.
