Kazakhstan sends even more diesel fuel to Kyrgyzstan as humanitarian aid

Kazakhstan has transferred additional humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan consisting of 1,000 tonnes of diesel fuel, following the instructions of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev,El.kz reports.

According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on March 5, Kyrgyzstan received a humanitarian shipment of 1,000 tons of diesel fuel. This is the second batch of aid, the first of which was sent in the same volume earlier on February 29. Assistance to the neighboring state is carried out on the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan and with the support of the Kazakhstan International Development Agency Kazaid.

The decision to provide assistance was made in connection with the incident at the combined heat and power plant in Bishkek.
