Kazakhstan also focuses on the development of human capital: 200,000 citizens, from schoolchildren to civil servants, are planned to be trained in basic and advanced AI skills annually, he said.
The summit discussed key aspects of international AI policy: the impact of technology on employment and the environment, support for sustainable agriculture, protection of intellectual property rights, and improving access to data. Attention was also paid to the implementation of OECD recommendations for the development of AI.
Kazakhstan's accession to the GPAI will open up new opportunities for international cooperation, the development of advanced technologies and the digitalization of the economy.
