The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Türkiye, Yerkebulan Sapiyev, held a meeting with the Minister of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, Kemal Memişoğlu.
The parties emphasized the importance of bilateral relations in the healthcare sector and expressed their mutual interest in expanding cooperation in various areas.
During the discussions, priorities were set for improving the healthcare system, enhancing the quality of medical services, introducing innovative technologies in the field, and driving the development of the pharmaceutical industry, El.kz cites MFA.
Additionally, focus was given to strengthening medical education and reviewing preparations for future visits and collaborative events between the ministries. They also reviewed the preparations for upcoming mutual visits and joint events between the relevant ministries.
Following the meeting, both sides agreed to continue active efforts to further strengthen cooperation in the healthcare sector.
