Kazakh scientist to take internship at University of California

A young scientist from the South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University named after Ozbekali Zhanibekov, Akbilek Mynbayeva, will undergo a scientific internship at the University of California at Davis, USA. This opportunity presented itself to the candidate of philological sciences thanks to the international scholarship "Bolashak", El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Akbilek Mynbayeva deals with the issues of teaching the Kazakh language and literature to students in schools in a simplified form. Her scientific project in the amount of 14 million tenge was recognized as the winner of the grant funding competition announced by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The scientist created electronic textbooks and teaching materials for students in grades 10-11 of secondary schools. The methodology of the young scientist is based on linguistics and text analysis. A specialist who skillfully combined teaching and research, she was awarded the title of "Best University Teacher" and completed an internship at Gazi University in Turkey. Continuous research, the search for knowledge, and the pursuit of new things now open the way for her to one of the leading universities in the United States.

It should be noted that 11 scientists in the category of "Scientific Internship" became the owners of the international scholarship "Bolashak" at Ozbekali Zhanibekov SKPU. Professors and teachers will now undergo scientific internships at the world's leading scientific universities. Scientists will conduct research, exchange experience and improve their knowledge in the natural sciences, humanities, social sciences and education.
