The Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan Ruslan Zhaksylykov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the PRC in Kazakhstan, Han Chunlin in Astana,El.kz reports with via Defence Ministry.
The meeting discussed the current state and prospects of Kazakh-Chinese military cooperation. Particular attention was paid to issues of peacekeeping, combat training, personnel training, as well as military-technical cooperation.
Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov noted the high level of partnership between the two countries in the military sphere and expressed readiness to further strengthen it.
The parties stressed the importance of maintaining a sustainable dialogue based on the principles of mutual respect and constructive interaction. Following the meeting, the positive dynamics of bilateral cooperation in the field of military security was noted.
