On November 15, a new training complex designed to train air traffic controllers was presented at Personnel Training Department of Kazaeronavigation RSE, El.kz reports.
Air Traffic Control simulation system was developed by the American company UFA Inc. It allows you to conduct initial training of air traffic controllers and improve the professional skills of existing specialists.
According to the Center, there are no analogues of this equipment not only in Kazakhstan, but throughout Central Asia. In 2023, 291 people underwent the training at the Center, and for 9 months of this year - another 192.
The Personnel Training Department is the only aviation educational institution in Kazakhstan that has the status of a full participant in the ICAO TRAINAIR Plus Gold program. The management of the Center is set to achieve Platinum status and become a leading training center for the aviation sector in Central Asia and the CIS.
