From January 1, 2024, new Rules for maintaining a register of volunteer activities came into force in Kazakhstan, as reported by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, El.kz reports.
The register will be maintained by the Ministry on the basis of information provided by volunteers and volunteer organizations on a voluntary basis.
To be included in the Register, volunteers and volunteer organizations must send data on their activities to the e-mail address of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan: volunteer@mki.gov.kz.
The information should contain the main types of volunteer activities, the number of participants, as well as a description of the projects being implemented.
The decision on inclusion in the Register or refusal will be issued in the form of a notification and sent to the applicant's e-mail.
