Head of State held telephone conversation with Japanese PM

The President of Kazakhstan had a telephone conversation with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to express solidarity with the Japanese people over the earthquake occurred the day before, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.

In turn, Fumio Kishida regretted the forced decision to postpone his official visit to Kazakhstan, including to participate in the First Summit of the Central Asia + Japan Dialogue.

The sides discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Kazakh-Japanese relations, as well as exchanged views on issues of interregional cooperation.
