Heavy rains and snowfalls are predicted on November 9 in the southern regions, on November 10 in the western regions.
In addition, rain and snow are forecast on November 9-10 in the southeast and on November 11 in the east of Kazakhstan.
Wind gusts and fog at night and in the morning are also expected throughout the country
According to forecasts, by the end of this period, the air temperature in the south-eastern regions may drop to 2 -3 degrees Celsius, and in the mountainous regions - to 5-10 degrees.
