Within the Kazakh family and Mother's Day, the first regional festival of lullaby "Besik zhyry" was held in Kogamdyk kelisim MPI.
During the event 16 representatives of different ethnic minorities performed a lullaby in 12 different languages.
At the same time in the hall of the House of Friendship an exhibition of folk arts and crafts was presented. So, G. Voronkova from Shcherbaktinsky district presented products from felt, Nursaule Oral from the village of Leninsky presented a blanket in the national Kazakh style, N. Borisovskaya – wood items in "veneer-marquetry" technique, M. Abzalova - leather goods, handkerchiefs; G. Kadyr - silver goods; O. Sporikova - national felt toys; G. Aubakirova - felt, plywood, handmade rims, medallions.
"The lullaby is a sacred mother song based on magical properties and a sense of security. It is in the lullaby song that the tired mother in the evening, when she takes her child in her arms, conveys all her love and feelings.
A child who listened to a lullaby song has good, stable self-esteem," said the chairman of the Finno-Ugric ethnocultural center, deputy chairman of the Council of Mothers of the regional APK about the lullaby song festival.
In the course of the event the head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of Pavlodar region Ainur Sarsenbayeva presented all the participants with memorable gifts, and the chairman of the public association "Nur - ana alemі" Bakytzhamal Maksilova gave white shawls everyone.
