With the support of the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Frankfurt am Main and the participation of Germany’s business community, a roundtable on economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Germany was held, El.kz reports citing MFA.
During the event, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Germany, Nurlan Onzhanov, presented his vision of the dynamic and evolving state of Kazakhstan-Germany relations and future prospects. He particularly highlighted significant opportunities to expand mutual cooperation in the areas of natural resources and raw materials, which hold strategic importance for Germany and the European Union. He also emphasized the importance of establishing fruitful partnerships with German companies to further strengthen bilateral ties.
As part of the roundtable, reports were presented by Saken Olzhabaev, official representative of the “Kazakh Invest” National Company, Rainer H. Waldschmidt, Executive Director of “Hessen Trade & Invest GmbH”, Friedrich Hanish, official representative of the Ministry of Economy of the State of Hessen, and Jürgen Ratzinger, Executive Director of the Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Representatives from the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Saarland, Limburg, and Hanau also shared their insights. Additionally, B2B meetings were held with representatives of German companies, including “Erbacher+Kolb GmbH”, “DF Deutsche Forfait AG”, “Be-Grow GmbH”, “KfW Bankengruppe”, “Julius Berger International GmbH”, “MOBA Mobile Automation AG”, “ODDO BHF”, and “Samga Invest”.
Furthermore, the new media campaign “Kazakhstan: Born Bold” was launched during the event.
