Wimbledon 2022 champion, seventh racket of the world Elena Rybakina successfully started at the WTA-500 clay tournament in Stuttgart (Germany), El.kz with reference to Olympic.kz.
In the first round match, Rybakina beat Germany's Jule Niemeier (65 WTA) 7-5, 6-3.
For reaching the quarterfinals of the competition, Rybakina will fight with Beatriz Haddad-Maia (14 WTA) from Brazil.
