Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov chaired government session on the issues of developing the export of IT services and products. Representatives of leading IT companies, including Technical Director of Netcracker Technology Pavel Gorodov General Director of Higgsfield AI Erzat Dulat, General Director of Grand Mobile Roman Lineitsev attended the event,El.kz reports.
One of the key participants of the meeting was Netcracker Technology, a global leader in the development of unique software. Pavel Gorodov shared his experience in its development, and also said that the company is actively expanding its presence in Kazakhstan and making a significant contribution to the development of the domestic IT sector.
Netcracker develops educational programs in Kazakhstan, training highly qualified specialists to work on global projects in the telecommunications industry. To date, the company's representative offices operate in Almaty and Uralsk, where more than 1000 people work.
The company actively cooperates with universities, including the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University (WKATU), the Kazakh-British Technical University and the Suleyman Demirel University (SDU).
"Our priority is to create high-tech projects here on the ground. Students and graduates of large universities are involved in the projects. Plans for the future are to transfer training centers to a stable stream twice a year and continue the integration of Netcracker Kazakhstan into Netcracker's global projects. Thus, we plan to increase export earnings," said Pavel Gorodov.
Ten people who have completed the training are already working on the development and implementation of large projects, and another 40 students and graduates are undergoing internships, developing their skills in the telecommunications sector.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov noted Netcracker's contribution to the development of the IT industry in Kazakhstan and instructed the Ministry of Digital Development to strengthen work to attract large international IT companies to the country. The example of Netcracker serves as an indicator of the successful integration of global experience into the local context, which contributes to the development of the export of IT services and the strengthening of Kazakhstan's position in the global information technology market.
This approach allows not only to develop the domestic market, but also to create new opportunities for young professionals, ensuring their involvement in international projects.
