Chinese specialists arrived in Kazakhstan to conduct an audit of the veterinary service. As part of the visit, foreign delegates met with representatives of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, El.kz reports with reference to the department.
The audit takes place from December 17 to December 24, 2023. For its part, the Chinese delegation designated important sites for visits - veterinary laboratories and agricultural enterprises. Foreign experts also offered to visit economic enterprises of Kazakhstan to get acquainted with their work and experience in the field of veterinary medicine.
It should be noted that the audit of the veterinary service is carried out within the framework of bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and China in the field of food security. It is expected that it will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the veterinary service of Kazakhstan and develop recommendations for its improvement.
