Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Croatia Daulet Batrashev presented his Letter of Credence to the President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović,El.kz cites MFA.
Accepting the credentials, the President of Croatia stressed that “Kazakhstan is the country’s most important partner in the Central Asian region,” with relations built on a solid foundation.
Following the official ceremony, the Kazakh diplomat informed the President of Croatia on the current economic and political situation in Kazakhstan, as well as on the large-scale reforms initiated by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The two sides also exchanged views on key issues on the international agenda.
Both parties highlighted the friendly nature of relations between Kazakhstan and Croatia, emphasized the importance of maintaining a consistent approach to strengthening political dialogue, and stressed the need to fully utilize the economic and transit-transport potential of both countries.
At the end of the meeting, held in a cordial atmosphere, President Milanović conveyed his best wishes to President Tokayev and the people of Kazakhstan, and wished Ambassador Batrashev a successful diplomatic mission.
